NEW YORK, March 30 -- N.V. Perricone M.D., the premier global cosmeceutical and nutriceutical brand, will unveil its first flagship store in the heart of New York City's prestigious Madison Avenue shopping district, at 67th Street, on April 5th. Elegantly designed within a landmark building, the N.V. Perricone M.D. flagship will serve as a unique, interactive lifestyle center designed to educate the public about Dr. Perricone's integrative approach to health and beauty which is celebrated and embraced worldwide.

"The flagship is a living testament to the principles of my anti-aging theories and will serve as a learning center for people interested in leading a healthy, vibrant life," said Dr. Nicholas Perricone. "My vision is to communicate the fullness of the brand, beyond just products, by encouraging a process of discovery that will improve our clients' health, skin and quality of life."

More than just a retail store, the N.V. Perricone M.D. flagship is a welcoming environment that showcases Dr. Perricone's proprietary three-step approach to health and beauty through diet and nutritional supplements, topical ingredients and healthy lifestyle choices. Exclusive to the flagship store, trained and highly educated registered dieticians will be on-site to offer Perricone Prescription(R) Personal Consults -- personalized regiments (or protocols) designed to maintain good health and beautiful skin based on an interactive, in-depth evaluation of an individual's current diet, health and lifestyle profile.

The N.V. Perricone M.D. brand will continue to be sold at select high-end retailers and at www.nvperriconemd.com. The new lifestyle center is intended to be the first of a series of flagship stores in major U.S. markets, including Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and Miami.

A Space For Discovery and Learning
The two-level N.V. Perricone M.D. center is distinguished by celadon frosted glass displays; a double-story, warm maroon leather wall; pale green faux-stone porcelain tile floors; and dark Obechi wood panels and elliptical display islands accented with terrazzo tiling. Visitors can sip green tea and relax in the upstairs library, browsing through a wide selection of health and nutrition newsletters and books, including Dr. Perricone's most recent best- seller The Perricone Promise (2004). Guests can also sit in front of giant plasma screens and watch video excerpts from the store's DVD collection, including the watershed Beauty-Brain Connection program that explains the science behind Dr. Perricone's philosophy. An internet-ready computer is nearby to help conduct additional research.

The front of the store features a rotating display spotlighting many of the "Super Foods" cited in Dr. Perricone's books. Guests will be able to sample and learn about different foods with each visit, collecting recipes and literature about the featured ingredient or food/beverage group. Evening seminars and daytime lectures are also being planned.

Dr. Perricone's own brand of Spanish extra-virgin olive oil, wild Alaskan salmon and white jasmine pearl tea -- three essential components of the Perricone diet -- will be sold exclusively at the Madison Avenue flagship.

On-Site Counseling: Customized Perricone Prescriptions
A highlight of the N.V. Perricone M.D. flagship is the Perricone Prescription(R) Personal Consult, a one-on-one counseling session with a nutritionist/registered dietician trained in Dr. Perricone's philosophy. Guests can make appointments with a nutritionist for a private meeting in discreet offices. Whether new to the brand or a longtime disciple of the Perricone philosophy, clients will receive a personal path for reducing cellular inflammation, believed to be the greatest precipitator of aging and age-related diseases.

Perricone Prescriptions are available at three levels:

-- The Perricone Prescription(R): A one-hour intensive private counseling session and a personalized Perricone Prescription for diet and lifestyle.
-- The 3-Day Perricone Prescription(R): A 30-minute private counseling session, 3-day tailored diet with daily phone call follow-up and home delivery of food. Designed to provide immediate results in a short period of time.
-- The 28-Day Perricone Prescription(R): A 30-minute private counseling session, 28-day custom plan, weekly update meetings, home delivery of food and membership to the Perricone VIP program.

Future plans will incorporate advanced skin care analysis using ultraviolet digital photo imaging and software that will store client data and track progress with before and after photos.

Cosmeceuticals, another core element of the Perricone program, will be showcased on both levels of the flagship.
