As a result, Reloxin(TM) is now the brand name that will be used for the cosmetic indications of Inamed's and Ipsen's Botulinum Toxin Type A product. The product is currently in Phase III clinical trials in the U.S. "Establishing the brand name Reloxin(TM) and the continued progress of the Phase III trials are key events for Inamed and are indicative of our success in advancing this critical project," said Nick Teti, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Inamed. "The Reloxin(TM) brand represents another step in the pursuit of our goal of having the most complete and dynamic portfolio of facial rejuvenation products." The product is currently marketed and sold in over 60 countries by Ipsen under the trademark DYSPORT(R) for various therapeutic indications and is approved in 9 countries for cosmetic indications.
